What is the cancellation policy?

We have a very liberal policy:  you can cancel your registration up to 1 week before your workshop.  As long as you call us and let us know that you are unable to attend, you will not be charged any fees.  A large number of our workshops are full; therefore, if you fail to attend a program and have not informed us, you will be charged the entire course fee.

If a course is cancelled, changed or postponed in any way, we will try to give you as much advance notice as possible.  For those clients who are unable to attend at a revised location or date, we will refund 100% of any pre-paid course tuition fees; however, we will not be liable for any costs associated with travel, hotel, or any other consequential damages.

How do I apply for a bursary?

We have a limited number of bursaries available. If you would like to apply for a bursary please contact us and we will send you an application form. When we have received the form back the board will decide if you are successful and you will be notified within one week.

What about group bookings?

Group bookings are available for 6 or more participants. This option is only available for voluntary and community organisations. Please contact us for more information.

Do I need my own instrument?

For the majority of our courses instruments will be provided. For specialist subjects you may be required to supply your own equipment. This will be stated in the course description.

Will I receive any notes, or learning resources for the workshop?

For some workshops we may provide notation, audio or video to help you with your study. To date this is an optional extra provided by the tutor. We hope to develop this throughout 2009 with the addition of a secure sign in area for each workshop with on line learning resources. We recommend that you bring a note pad and / or an audio / video recorder. Please make sure you have permission from the tutor before you record any of the workshops or demonstrations.
