Global Grooves is proud to introduce a new era of carnival arts and percussion based projects in the Northwest with the development of Junk Jam. Using almost entirely recycled materials, Junk Jam will demonstrate that it doesn't need to ‘cost the earth’ to create new and unique large scale street performance projects. Junk Jam will pull together a new community of volunteers with special skills and passions to create one of the most exciting carnival presentations we have ever produced… And if our past work is anything to go by this will be no mean feat.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and creative individuals and groups to help develop this new approach to carnival arts development.

Anyone is welcome to volunteer for this project, and in some areas there are even development opportunities for experienced artists and trade specialists...
